"Why isn't my house selling?"
Every listing agent hears it. Answering it well means checking listing-site stats, rerunning MLS searches and piecing together what changed. That takes hours, and usually happens after the seller is already frustrated.
Views, saves and showings each week, compared with similar homes at the same point in their listing.
A comp set built on launch day and tracked from then on, so you see changes as they happen.
Ranked next steps with the numbers behind them, ready for your next seller call.
Enter the address when it goes live. ListingWatch builds the comp set from the same neighborhood, size, age and price range. You can adjust it anytime.
New listings, price changes, pendings and solds around your listing are tracked as they happen. Urgent changes send you an alert.
You get the full report with talking points. Your seller gets a clean version that shows exactly what you're doing for them.
Clear numbers, plain language and a short list of what to do next. It turns the price conversation into a look at the data together, and shows your seller you're on top of their listing every week.
Example report with sample numbers.
Show sellers the weekly report they'll get from you. It's proof of how you'll keep them informed.
Let the comps make the case. It's easier to agree on an adjustment when the seller can see what the market is doing.
Know about a new competing listing the morning it hits, not when your seller finds it on Zillow.
Stop rebuilding the same update every week. The report is ready when you open it.
I built ListingWatch because I wanted it for my own sellers. Every week I was pulling the same stats and comps by hand to answer the same question. ListingWatch does that work, so I can spend the time on the conversation instead.

We're starting in Las Vegas and Henderson, then adding markets one MLS at a time based on where agents sign up.
Comp data comes from the MLS. Online activity comes from the listing sites where your listing appears, plus your own website.
Sellers get a clean weekly report: how their home is performing, what changed nearby and the recommended next steps. Your talking points and agent-only alerts stay with you.
No. Add a listing when it goes live and ListingWatch handles the tracking. It works alongside your MLS and CRM.
Pricing isn't set yet. Early-access agents will help shape it and get founding-member pricing.
